Image Exploration
Online workshop!
This is the first of a series of 3 encaustic workshops that I will be sharing for 2015.
We are going to have SOOOOO much fun exploring photo encaustic painting.
What's in it?
"Let's begin at the beginning" ALL the basics , tools, equipment, set up, colorants, whys and why nots, and prepping your substrate .
Exploring multiple (lots ) of different methods of both transferring and adding imagery onto encaustic in beautiful fun ways, step by step.
THEN....."Painterly portraits" . We will be creating several Full projects for:-adding color to highlight your image, -embellish, add beautiful layers of texture, -and then "Bringing your painting to life!" creating a brand new painting out of an image. Each of the "Painterly Portraits" methods will become a full painting start to finish.Oh my gosh we are going to have fun!
Registration is now open , and there is an early bird special pricing of just 55.00 until April 19th!
You can see all of the details on the "online workshop page " here on the blog or in my Etsy shop .

my lens that I have not used yet for my Cannon.
