This week I have been a busy bee :) creating handmade encaustic paint in the studio not just for me per usual, but for my workshop this weekend in Dayton Ohio at Marco's Paper!
These take some time, and are made with lots of love, and attention to smooth beautiful pigmentation .

Fun Color Layers Masking Technique
This is a really fun method of creating geometric shapes and color layers.
Supplies I used this week:
masonite boards
encaustic medium
handmade encaustic paints
heat gun
R and F black oil paint stick
vegetable oil
masking tape
